RULES FOR PARTICIPATION IN THE COMPETITION “Masterful Dispatch”

§ 1 DEFINITIONS

1.1.

The terms and expressions used in these Rules shall have the meanings set out below:

Organizer – Beeffective Tomasz Piotrowski, with its registered office in Gdynia, Al. Zwycięstwa 96/98/B.2.18, 81-451 Gdynia, NIP (Tax Identification Number): 5832858598, REGON (Statistical Identification Number): 360685335.

Principal – General Logistics Systems Poland sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Głuchowo, ul. Tęczowa 10, 62-052 Komorniki, entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register maintained by the District Court Poznań – Nowe Miasto i Wilda in Poznań, 8th Commercial Division of the National Court Register, under KRS No. 0000005009; NIP: 785-15-61-831; share capital: PLN 16,311,638.00, represented by:

Tomasz Zwiercan – Member of the Management Board

and

Marta Ludwiczak – Member of the Management Board.

Prize Sponsor – General Logistics Systems Poland sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Głuchowo, ul. and

Rules shall mean these Rules of Participation in the Contest, binding upon the Organizer and the Participants, governing the principles and conditions of the Contest, in particular specifying the conditions for participation in the Contest, the rights and obligations of the Organizer, and the rights and obligations of the Participants in connection with their participation in the Contest.

Contest shall mean the contest entitled “Master Dispatch”, organized by the Organizer during the period and under the conditions specified in these Rules.

Facebook Service shall mean the website available at https://facebook.com// .

Profile shall mean a user profile within the Facebook Service.

Instagram Service shall mean the social media platform available at https://www.instagram.com// .

Instagram Account shall mean a user profile within the Instagram Service.

Contest Entry shall mean completion of the Contest task by preparing a comment and posting it by the Participant under the Contest post published on the GLS Poland Facebook profile. The Contest post shall be available, at a minimum, throughout the Contest period on the following profile: https://www.facebook.com/GLSPoland//

Participant shall mean a user of the Facebook Service who has correctly and effectively submitted their participation in the Contest and meets the conditions entitling them to participate in the Contest, as described in these Rules, in particular in Section 4 thereof.

§ 2 GENERAL PROVISIONS

2.1.

The Contest is announced online via the Facebook Service.

Information regarding the Contest shall also be published on the Instagram Service, with redirection to the Facebook Service.

2.2.

Participation in the Contest shall be submitted via the Facebook Service by publishing a comment containing an answer to the Contest task available on the GLS Poland Facebook profile: https://www.facebook.com/GLSPoland//

2.3.

The Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook or Instagram.

Information provided to the Organizer shall be used solely for the purposes and under the terms specified in Section 5 of these Rules.

By entering the Contest, the Participant simultaneously declares that they release Facebook from any liability connected with the organization and conduct of the Contest.

2.4.

The right to participate in the Contest shall be granted exclusively to persons who meet all participation requirements specified in Section 4 of these Rules.

2.5.

In addition to the provisions of these Rules, communications and information regarding the Contest issued by the Organizer and published on its profile shall also be binding, provided that such communications do not amend the Contest rules and do not affect the Participant’s status.

§ 3 DATES

3.1.

The Contest shall run from 17 June 2026, from the moment the Contest post is published on Facebook, until 19 July 2026 at 11:59 p.m.

The Contest results shall be announced on 22 July 2026.

3.2.

Participation submissions made after the deadlines specified in Section 3.1 of these Rules shall not qualify for participation in the Contest.

3.3.

The Contest Winners shall be notified by means of a tag and a reply posted by the brand under their Contest comment on Facebook after the end of the Contest, within a maximum of 5 Business Days.

3.4.

Prizes for the Winners shall be sent to the delivery address indicated by the Winner within 14 days from the date on which the Winner provides such address.

§ 4 PARTICIPATION AND CONTEST RULES

4.1.

The Contest is nationwide in scope and is addressed to all Facebook users. Information about the contest will also be posted on Instagram with a link to Facebook.

4.2.

Participation in the Contest is entirely voluntary and free of charge.

4.3.

The right to participate in the Contest shall be granted to persons who meet the participation requirements specified in these Rules and who are not excluded from participation in the Contest pursuant to Section 4.5 of these Rules.

4.4.

A natural person may participate in the Contest provided that they jointly meet the following conditions:

(a) they are at least 18 years of age or, in the case of minors, possess the consent of their legal guardian to participate in the Contest, the template of which constitutes Appendix No. 1 to these Rules;

(b) they have access to the Internet, including access to the Facebook Service or the Instagram Service, and possess an active Facebook profile containing true and accurate information or a public profile within the Instagram Service;

(c) they have read these Rules and accepted their provisions – participation in the Contest constitutes unconditional acceptance of these Rules by the Participant.

4.5.

Employees, contractors and members of the governing bodies of the Organizer, the Principal and the Prize Sponsor, as well as members of the immediate families of such persons, may not participate in the Contest.

For the purposes of these Rules, immediate family members shall mean spouses, descendants, ascendants, siblings and relatives by affinity.

4.6.

Participation in the Contest may be submitted exclusively via the Facebook Service referred to in Section 3.1 of these Rules.

By entering the Contest, the Participant consents to the processing of their personal data, namely:

• first name and surname,

• e-mail address,

• telephone number,

• residential address,

for the purpose of conducting the Contest, including the publication of their details among the Contest Winners in electronic communications (e-mail and Facebook Service).

4.7.a

The Participant's task is to post, on the Facebook profile available at: https://www.facebook.com/GLSPoland under the Contest post, a creative answer to the Contest task in text form.

CONTEST TASK ON FACEBOOK:

The user shall answer the following question in a comment:

"Which national team will win the 2026 FIFA World Cup and why does it deserve the championship title? Predict the champion’s route to the final and indicate the winning team, the tournament TOP 4, the FIFA World Cup MVP and the Top Scorer, and provide an interesting justification using the word “parcel”."

4.8.

During the Contest period, the Participant may post any number of comments compliant with the Contest Task and these Rules, subject to the provisions of Section 4.10.

4.9.

The Participant may join the Contest throughout its entire duration.

4.10.

Prizes are not cumulative, which means that one Contest Participant may become a Winner only once.

4.11.

By publishing a Contest Entry, the Participant declares that they hold all copyright and proprietary rights to the Contest Entry, that such rights are free from any legal obligations, and that the Contest Entry is not encumbered by any third-party rights.

4.12.

Upon receipt of the Prize, the Contest Winner grants the Organizer a license to use the Contest Entry. Such license shall be non-exclusive and shall include the right to grant sublicenses in the following fields of use:

(a) fixation and reproduction – production of copies of the Contest Entry by any technique, including, in particular, printing, reprographic, magnetic recording, audiovisual and digital techniques;

(b) introduction into computer memory;

(c) placing into circulation;

(d) dissemination and making available on the Internet through any website;

(e) use of the Contest Entry in whole or in part for the purpose of creating any advertising materials and use thereof within advertising materials, including fixation and reproduction by means of the techniques referred to in item (a) above, as well as placing into circulation, rental, lending, and making publicly available in such a way that anyone may access it at a place and time individually chosen by them.

4.13.

Apart from the Prize, the Winner shall not be entitled to any additional remuneration for granting the license referred to in Section 4.12 above.

4.14.

Contest Entries submitted by Participants may be published on the Internet or used in the Organizer’s offline publications without indicating the author’s name, to which the Participants hereby consent.

Contest Participants warrant that the publication of their Entries on the Internet and in the Organizer’s offline publications shall not infringe the personal rights or copyrights of any third parties.

Any claims arising in connection therewith shall be pursued against the Participants submitting the relevant creative Entry.

4.15.

The Participant who submitted the Contest Entry shall bear sole responsibility for any infringement of third-party rights, in particular economic copyrights, in connection with the Contest Entry.

4.16.

It is prohibited for a Participant to submit a Contest Entry containing:

content contrary to law or generally regarded as contrary to accepted standards of morality;

(a) marketing of products competing with products offered by the Organizer and the Prize Sponsor;

(b) vulgar, discriminatory or hate-inciting content based on nationality, ethnicity, race, religion or gender, or content damaging the reputation of the Organizer or any third party;

(c) images of minors.

4.17.

Contest Entries that do not comply with the requirements of these Rules, including Entries containing prohibited content, shall not participate in the Contest.

4.18.

From among all Participants who have effectively entered the Contest during the submission period specified in Section 3.1 of these Rules, eight (8) equivalent Winners shall be selected whose answers to the Contest Task are deemed the most creative.

4.19.

The proper conduct of the Contest shall be supervised by a Contest Committee appointed by the Organizer, consisting of the following three persons:

  • Mieszko Uchnast,
  • Małgorzata Markowska,
  • Adriana Szaposznikow.

4.20.

The Contest Committee shall select the Contest Winners in accordance with the principles set out in these Rules.

4.21.

The responsibilities of the Contest Committee shall also include reviewing complaints and claims submitted by Participants regarding the conduct of the Contest.

4.22.

The Contest provides prizes for eight Winners.

Prizes shall be delivered to the Winners by courier service, GLS ParcelShop collection point, or an ORLEN PACZKA shared parcel locker network location designated by the Winner, within 14 days of the Winner providing the delivery address.

4.23.

A Participant designated as a Contest Winner (i.e. a person whose answer to the Contest Task is considered the most creative) shall receive electronic notification of winning the Contest within 5 Business Days from the announcement referred to in Section 3.3 of these Rules.

Such notification shall be sent to eight persons as equivalent Winners.

4.24.

Contest Winners are required, within 48 hours of receiving the notification referred to in Section 4.23 of these Rules, to respond to such notification and, in particular, confirm the details necessary for prize delivery (full name, e-mail address, delivery address and telephone number).

4.25.

If no contact is established within the period specified above, the Contest Winner shall lose the right to the Prize.

4.26.

If a Contest Winner fails to collect the Prize referred to in Section 4.25 within the deadline specified by the Organizer, of which the Winner shall be informed electronically, such Winner’s right to the Prize shall expire.

In such circumstances, the Prize shall remain at the Organizer’s disposal.

4.27.

Contest Winners shall not be entitled to exchange the Prize for another prize, receive the cash equivalent of the Prize, goods or services, or transfer the right to receive the Prize to any third party.

Contest Winners shall have the right to decline the Prize.

In such a case, the Prize shall remain at the Organizer’s disposal.

4.28.

The Organizer declares that the Prizes shall be awarded to the Contest Winners in accordance with applicable tax laws and regulations.

§ 5 PERSONAL DATA

5.1.

The controller of the personal data of Participants obtained in connection with participation in the Contest, awarding of prizes and handling of complaints is the Organizer.

5.2.

In matters relating to the protection of personal data, each Contest Participant may contact the Organizer by writing to:

5.3.

The Organizer shall process the Participants’ personal data, including their full name, delivery address, e-mail address and telephone number, solely for the purpose of organizing and conducting the Contest, including prize delivery, handling submitted complaints, and for archival purposes.

5.4.

The legal basis for the processing of Participants’ personal data shall be:

  • the Participant’s consent;
  • the legitimate interest of the Organizer (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR), consisting in the performance of obligations arising from these Rules, awarding the Prize, and archival (evidentiary) purposes aimed at securing information in the event of a legal need to establish facts, pursue claims, defend against claims, or demonstrate compliance;
  • Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR, i.e. compliance with a legal obligation consisting in the payment of the applicable 10% personal income tax resulting from Article 30(1)(2) in conjunction with Article 42(1) and Article 42(1a) of the Act of 26 July 1991 on Personal Income Tax.

5.5.

Participants provide their personal data voluntarily and shall have:

(a) the right to access their personal data;

(b) the right to rectify their personal data;

(c) the right to request erasure of their personal data where, in the Participant’s opinion, there is no basis for the Prize Sponsor to continue processing such data;

(d) the right to request restriction of processing;

(e) the right to object to the processing of personal data due to the Participant’s particular situation;

(f) the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out on the basis of such consent prior to its withdrawal;

(g) the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (the President of the Personal Data Protection Office) if a breach relating to the processing of personal data occurs.

5.6.

If a Participant decides to withdraw consent for the processing of their personal data or if there is a need to change or correct their personal data, the Participant may submit an appropriate request to the Organizer by sending an e-mail to the Organizer’s e-mail address.

Withdrawal of consent for the processing of personal data shall be deemed equivalent to resignation from participation in the Contest.

5.7.

Providing personal data is voluntary; however, it is necessary in order to participate in the Contest, including for the awarding and settlement of the Prize and the handling of any complaints.

5.8.

By participating in the Contest, the Participant declares that they have read these Rules, acknowledge their provisions and undertake to comply with them.

5.9.

Personal data shall not be subject to further processing and shall not be stored for longer than is necessary to achieve the purposes of processing described above.

Personal data shall be processed until the complaint procedure has been completed.

5.10.

The Controller does not process Participants’ personal data exclusively by automated means, including profiling.

§ 6 COMPLAINTS

6.1.

Complaints concerning the Contest may be submitted by Contest Participants via e-mail or in written form by registered mail sent to the Organizer’s registered office throughout the duration of the Contest, however no later than 14 days from the date of the Contest’s conclusion.

6.2.

Compliance with the deadline referred to in Section 6.1 of these Rules shall be determined by the date of dispatch of the complaint.

6.3.

Complaints submitted after the specified deadline shall not be considered.

6.4.

Complaints shall include the details of the person submitting the complaint.

6.5.

Complaints shall also contain a reference to the provisions of these Rules and a concise description of the subject matter of the complaint.

6.6.

Properly submitted complaints shall be reviewed no later than 14 days from the date of receipt thereof.

The person submitting the complaint shall be notified of the outcome of the complaint review by registered mail sent no later than 7 days from the date on which the complaint is reviewed.

§ 7 LIABILITY

7.1.

The Organizer shall not be liable for technical problems attributable to the Facebook Service resulting in temporary interruptions in the ability to use the Service, improper functioning of the Facebook Service, or the failure of the Facebook Service to function.

§ 8 FINAL PROVISIONS

8.1.

The Contest is not a promotional lottery within the meaning of Article 2(1)(9) of the Act on Gambling and Mutual Betting of 29 July 1992 (Journal of Laws of 2004, No. 4, item 27, as amended) and is therefore not subject to the provisions of the aforementioned Act or any executive regulations issued thereunder.

8.2.

The Organizer reserves the right to verify whether Participants meet the conditions specified in these Rules.

For this purpose, the Organizer may require a Participant to submit specific statements, provide specific information, or present specific documents.

A Participant’s refusal to comply with such a request shall result in exclusion from participation in the Contest.

8.3.

The Organizer reserves the right to remove a Participant from the Contest and prevent such Participant from participating in the Contest again in the event of a breach of these Rules by the Participant, as well as where the Contest Entry:

(a) contains vulgar, discriminatory or hate-inciting content based on nationality, ethnicity, race, religion or gender, or content damaging the reputation of the Organizer or any third party;

(b) infringes religious values, social values, or other generally accepted goods, values or standards.

8.4.

Submission of participation in the Contest shall constitute confirmation that the Contest Participant has read the contents of these Rules and accepts them.

8.5.

Any disputes that may arise in connection with the performance of obligations resulting from the Contest shall be settled by the competent district court.
