Example of use of Pick&ReturnService
The transport ordering party orders a pick-up of a parcel with goods for claims or service. GLS picks up the parce, as requested, and delivers the it back to the ordering party without the neccesity of the customers to search for a way to deliver the parcel.
With this service, the GLS clients can speed up and optimize service and claim logistics.
