Parcel loss and damage level at GLS is at permanently very low level thanks to its use of modern and safe technologies.

In case a damage occurs in transported goods, in spite of our full care given to parcels, its settlement is ruled by a well-arranged GLS complaint procedure that details this area in accordance with valid legislation and current GLS General Terms and Conditions.

A contracting partner, pursuant to the forwarding contract (ordering party), i.e. the client and payer for GLS transport services, applies its claim against GLS.
