REGULATIONS FOR PARTICIPATION IN THE CONTEST under the name “Spring puzzle with GLS”
is valid from 01.04.2025 to 07.04.2025.
1. DEFINITIONS
1.1. The phrases and terms used in the content of the Regulations shall have the meaning indicated
below:

Regulations means these Regulations of the Contest Participation, binding for the Organizer and the Contest Participants, regulating the terms and conditions of the Contest, in particular determining the conditions of participation in the Contest, the rights and obligations of the Organizer and the rights and obligations of the Participants in connection with their participation in the Contest.
Contest means the contest under the name “Spring puzzle with GLS” organized by the Organizer during the period and under the conditions indicated in the content of the Regulations.
● Facebook Service means the website under the domain www.facebook.com.
● Profile means the user's profile on Facebook.
● Instagram Service means the social media under the domain https://www.instagram.com/.
● Instagram Account means a user's profile on the Instagram Service.
Contest Work means the completion of a task by writing a comment and adding it in a comment by the Participant in the Contest post on Facebook of the GLS Poland brand. The Contest post will be available at least on the date of the Contest on the profile: https://www.facebook.com/GLSPoland
Participant means a Facebook user, who has correctly and effectively applied for participation in the Contest and meets the eligibility requirements for participation in the Contest, as described in the content of the Regulations, in particular in point 4 of the Regulations.
2 GENERAL PROVISIONS
2.1 The Contest is announced on the Internet on Facebook.
Information about the Contest is also posted on Instagram with redirection to Facebook.
2.2 Application for participation in the Contest is made through Facebook Service by publishing a comment with an answer to the Contest task available onGLS Poland brand profile on Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/GLSPoland
2.3 The Contest is not sponsored, endorsed or administered in any way, nor is it affiliated with Facebook or Instagram. The information that is made available to the Organizer will be used only for the purpose and according to the rules, described in point 5 of the Regulations. Entering the Contest constitutes at the same time a statement by the Contest Participant that he releases Facebook from any liability related to the conduct of the Contest.
2.4 The right to participate in the Contest is granted only to those persons who meet all the conditions of participation in the Contest, indicated in point 4 of the Regulations.
2.5 In addition to the provisions of the Terms and Conditions, announcements and information regarding the Contest, coming from the Organizer and posted on his profile, which do not change the rules of the Contest and do not affect the status of the Participant, shall be binding.
3. DEADLINES
3.1. The Contest lasts from 01.04.2025 from the moment of publishing the Contest post on Facebook until 07.04.2025 at 11:59 p.m. The results of the Contest will be published on 10.04.2025.
3.2 Contest entries made after the deadlines described in paragraph 3.1. of the Regulations will not be qualified to participate in the Contest.
3.3 Winners of the Contest will be notified by the brand's designation and response to their Contest comment on Facebook after the Contest ends within a maximum of 5 business days.
3.4 The prizes for the Winners will be sent to them by courier to the shipping address indicated by the Winner within 14 days from the address indicated by the Winner.
4. PARTICIPATION AND RULES OF THE CONTEST
4.1 The Contest has a nationwide character and is addressed to all users of
Facebook and Instagram.
4.2 Participation in the Contest is completely voluntary and free of charge.
4.3 The right to participate in the Contest is granted to those who meet the conditions for participation in the Contest, indicated in the content of the Regulations and are not subject to exclusion from participation in the Contest, in accordance with the content of paragraph 4.5. of the Regulations.
4.4 The Contest is open to an individual who meets all of the following
conditions: 3
(a) is at least 18 years old or, in the case of minors, has the consent of a legal guardian to participate in the Contest, the specimen of which is attached as Appendix No. 1 to these Regulations;
(b) has access to the Internet, including Facebook or Instagram, and has an active profile on Facebook with truthful data or a public profile on Instagram;
(c) has familiarized himself/herself with the content of the Regulations and accepted its provisions - entering the Contest means unconditional acceptance of the provisions of the Regulations by the Contest Participant.
4.5 Employees, associates and members of the governing bodies of the Organizer, the Principal and the Prize Founder, as well as members of their immediate families, are not allowed to participate in the Contest. The members of the closest families are understood as spouses, descendants, ascendants, siblings and affinities.
4.6 Entry to the Contest shall be made only via
Facebook indicated in section 3.1 of the Regulations. By entering
of the Contest, the Participant agrees to the processing of his/her personal data, i.e..
● Name and surname
● Email address
● Phone number
● Address of residence
for the purpose of the Contest, including publication of his/her data among the Winners
of the Contest in electronic communication (email and Facebook).
4.7 The task of the Contest Participant is to post on Facebook:
https://www.facebook.com/GLSPoland, in the Contest post, a creative answer
to the Contest task in text form.

4.8 During the Contest, the Participant may post any number of comments
consistent with the Contest Topic and these Regulations, subject to
provisions of point 4.10. 4
4.9 The Participant may join the Contest throughout its duration.
4.10. Prizes are not cumulative, which means that one Contest Participant may become a winner only once.
4.11. The Participant, by publishing the Contest Work, declares that he/she owns all copyrights and property rights to the Contest Work, that they are free from any legal obligations and unencumbered by third party rights.
4.12. The winner of the Contest, upon receipt of the Prize, grants the Organizer a license to use the Contest Work, which shall have the character of a non-exclusive license, with the right to grant sublicenses, in the following fields of exploitation:
a) recording and multiplication - production by any technique of its copies, including in particular printing, reprography, magnetic recording, audiovisual technique,
digital technique,
b) introduction into computer memory,
c) introduction into circulation,
d) distribution and making available on the Internet on any website,
e) use of the whole and single elements of the Contest Work for the purpose of creating any advertising materials and using them as part of advertising materials, through their recording and multiplication by techniques described in lit. a above, and marketing, renting, lending, as well as making them available to the public in such a way that everyone can have access to them at a place and time of their own choosing.
4.13 In addition to the Prize, the Winner shall not be entitled to additional compensation for granting the license referred to in Section 4.12 above.
4.14. The Contest Participants' works may be posted on the Internet or used in the Organizer's offline publications without mentioning the author's name, to which the Contest Participants agree. Contest Participants assure that the placement of their works on the Internet and in the Organizer's offline publications will not violate the personal rights and copyrights of third parties. Any possible claims will be asserted against the Participants submitting their creative work.
4.15. Responsibility for infringement of third parties' rights, in particular copyright
property rights, in connection with the Contest Work shall be borne by the Contest Participant who submitted
an application for participation of the Contest Work in the Contest. 5
4.16. It is inadmissible for a Contest Entrant to submit a Contest Work that
contains: content that is contrary to the law, generally regarded as contrary to good
morals.
(a) marketing of goods competing with those offered by
Organizer and Prize Founder.
(b) content that is vulgar, discriminatory or incites hatred on the grounds of nationality, ethnicity, race, religion, gender, or harming the good name of the Organizer or a third party;
(c) image of minors.
4.17. Contest Works that do not meet the requirements of the Regulations, including those containing unacceptable content, shall not participate in the Contest.
4.18. From among all Contest Entrants successfully submitted for participation in the Contest during the period of acceptance of entries (point 3.1. of the Regulations), 3 (in words: three) equal winners will be selected, whose answers to the Contest task will be the most creative.
4.19. The Contest Committee appointed by the Organizer, consisting of 3 persons, will supervise the proper conduct of the Contest: Karolina Markiewicz, Małgorzata Markowska, Martyna Błaszczok-Budai.
4.20 The Contest Commission will select the winners of the Contest in accordance with the rules set forth in the Regulations.
4.21. The competence of the Contest Committee will also include consideration of complaints and claims received from Participants concerning the course of the Contest.
4.22. The Contest provides a prize for three winners.
The prize is a set related to GLS - a thermal insulated picnic bag, a breakfast box and a book "Atomic habits. Small changes, extraordinary effects" by James Clear.
The value of one prize set is: PLN 77.49
Value of all prizes is: PLN 232.47
The prizes for the Winners will be sent to them by courier to the shipping address indicated by the Winner within 14 days from the address indicated by the Winner.
4.23. The Participant, who will be designated as the Contest Winner (the person who responded most creatively to the Contest task), will receive notification of the Contest award by e-mail within 5 working days from the announcement referred to in sections 3.3. of the Regulations. Such notification will be given to three persons as equal winners.
4.24. The winners of the Contest are obliged, within 48 hours from the receipt of the notification referred to in section 4.26. of the Regulations, to respond to the said notification, in particular to confirm the data necessary to receive the prize (name, e-mail address, shipping address and telephone number).
4.25. In the event of failure to contact within the aforementioned period, the Winner of the
Contest forfeits the right to the prize.
4.26. In the event that the Contest Winner fails to collect the prize referred to in Clause 4.25. by the date set by the Organizer, of which the Contest Winner shall be informed by e-mail, the right of such Contest Winner to the prize shall expire. In such cases, the prize remains at the disposal of the Organizer.
4.27. Winners of the Contest are not entitled to exchange the prize for another prize, to spend the equivalent of the prize in cash, goods or services, or to transfer the rights to
obtain the prize to third parties. Winners of the Contest are entitled to give up the prize. In such a situation, the prize remains at the disposal of the Organizer.
4.28 The Contest Organizer declares that the Prizes will be issued to the Contest Winners
in accordance with applicable tax laws.
5. PERSONAL DATA
5.1 The administrator of the personal data of the Entrants obtained in connection with participation in the Contest, issuance of prizes and complaint procedure is 7

5.2 In matters related to the protection of personal data, each Contest Participant may contact us by writing to the Organizer's address: Beeffective with its registered office in Gdynia Al. Zwycięstwa 96/98/ B.2.18, 81-451 Gdynia or at the email address hello@beeffective.pl
5.3 The Organizer will process the Participants' personal data in the form of name and surname, delivery address, email address and telephone number solely for the purpose of organizing and conducting the Contest, including delivery of the prize, processing of submitted complaints, as well as for archiving purposes.
5.4 The legal basis for the processing of the Participants' personal data is the Participant's consent, legitimate interest (art. 6.1.f. RODO) in the form of the performance of obligations under these Terms and Conditions, the issuance of the prize, as well as for archival (evidential) purposes to secure information in case of legal need to prove facts, possible establishment and investigation or defense against claims, as well as art. 6.1.c. RODO, i.e. the legal obligation to pay the 10% income tax due resulting from Article 30 (1) (2) in conjunction with Article 42 (1) and (1a) of the Personal Income Tax Act of July 26, 1991.
5.5 Participants provide their data on a voluntary basis and have :
a. the right to access their data,
b. the right to rectify them,
c. the right to request their deletion when, in the opinion of the Participant, there are no grounds for the Funder to further process the data,
d. the right to request the limitation of processing,
e. The right to object to the processing of data due to the particular situation of the Participant,
f. The right to withdraw consent without affecting the legality of the previous processing of data on the basis of that consent,
g. The right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory authority (President of the Office for the Protection of Personal Data) in case there is a violation of the processed data.
5.6 If the Participant decides to revoke his/her consent to the processing of his/her personal data or there is a need to change or correct his/her data, he/she may make a relevant request to the Organizer by sending an e-mail to the Organizer's e-mail address. The Organizer can be contacted at e-mail address hello@beeffective.pl or in writing to: Beeffective based in Gdynia Al. Zwycięstwa 96/98/ B.2.18, 81-451 Gdynia. Cancellation of consent for the processing of personal data is tantamount to resignation from participation in the Contest.
5.7 Provision of personal data is voluntary, but necessary to take participation in the Contest, including issuance of the prize, its settlement and consideration of possible complaints.
5.8 By participating in the Contest, the person taking part in the Contest declares that he/she has read these Regulations, acknowledges its provisions and undertakes to abide by them.
5.9 Personal data will not be subject to further processing and will not be kept longer than necessary to achieve the above mentioned processing purposes. Personal data will be processed until the completion of the complaint procedure.
5.10. The Administrator shall not process Participants' personal data in a manner based solely on automated processing, including profiling.
6. COMPLAINTS
6.1 Complaints regarding the Contest may be submitted by Contest Participants via
via e-mail in writing by registered mail sent to to the address of the Organizer's headquarters throughout the duration of the Contest, but no later than within 14 days from the date of the end of the Contest.
6.2 The date of sending the complaint shall be the date of meeting the deadline described in section 6.1. of the Regulations.
6.3 Complaints received after the deadline will not be considered.
6.4 Complaints shall indicate the data of the complainant, the Regulations and a brief description of the subject of the complaint.
6.5 Successfully filed complaints will be considered no later than within 14 days from date of receipt of the complaint. The complainant will be notified of the result of
complaint consideration by registered letter sent no later than within 7 days from the date of complaint consideration.
7. RESPONSIBILITY
7.1 The Organizer is not responsible for technical problems on the side of Facebook leading to temporary interruptions in the possibility of using the Site, or the improper functioning or non-functioning of Facebook.
8 FINAL PROVISIONS
8.1 The contest is not a promotional lottery within the meaning of Article 2, Paragraph 1, Item. 9 of the Act on Games and Betting of 29.07.1992 (Journal of Laws of 2004, No. 4, item 27, as amended) and is not subject to the rules contained in the aforementioned Act, executive regulations to this Act.
8.2 The Organizer reserves the right to verify whether the Participants meet the conditions specified in the Regulations. For this purpose, the Organizer may require the Participant to make certain statements, provide certain data or submit certain documents. A Participant's refusal to do so excludes the Participant from the Contest.
8.3 The Organizer reserves the right to remove an Entrant from the Contest and prevent him from participating in the Contest again, in case of violation of the Regulations by the Entrant, as well as in situation when the Contest work:
(a) expresses vulgar, discriminatory or inciting hatred based on national, ethnic, racial, religious, gender, or harming the good name of the Organizer or a third party;
(b) harms religious, social values or other universally accepted goods or norms.
8.4 Submission of participation in the Contest means that the Contest Participant has read the Regulations and accepts the said Regulations.
8.5 Any disputes that may arise in connection with the performance of obligations arising from the Contest shall be resolved by the competent district court.
