Situation

Van der Meer is a Rotterdam-based wholesaler selling pet supplies. The family business started in 1960 by selling peat moss used as cat litter. In 1988, Rick van der Meer (Director) took over the company together with his brother and further expanded the product range of pet supplies.

Today, more than 70% of products are sold online. Van der Meer values proactivity, transparency and short lines and, like its customers, the company has a strong business interest in reliable on-time delivery of products.
