Provided the ordered goods have been delivered to recipient, GLS is not entitled to take the parcel back under the same transport number.

Hand-over to GLS transport

Any parcel for return can be picked up at any site by a GLS courier, by using the e-Balík online transport portal or our large network of GLS ParcelShop pick-up and collection sites.
