How do I send a package once without a contract?
Register at e-Balík.cz , fill in your and your recipient's details, select delivery and print the label. You can hand over the package to a courier or take it to a GLS drop-off point.

GLS operates a network of more than 5,240 GLS Points across the Czech Republic, including 1,000 of its own GLS Parcel Boxes.
This extensive network includes:

How long do I have to pick up my package?
Depending on where you have it delivered:
- GLS Parcel Shop - your parcel will be waiting for you for up to 5 working days.
- GLS Parcel Box - you have 3 days to pick it up.
- AlzaBox (GLS partner) - the limit here is 3 days.
