The entire GLS workforce has actively committed itself to energy-saving behavior and implements energy-saving measures both in offices and depots.
We live an open corporate culture and take decisions transparently and comprehensibly. Involving and informing our employees is important because we are convinced that this is the only way they can identify with the company. We appreciate feedback as we only can improve by talking and listening. Of course, an anonymous feedback platform is available for all.
Intensive training by experienced colleagues on site not only makes it easier to get started, but also provides security. After an extensive onboarding, the new employees are supported by mentors in the initial months and provided with the necessary know-how.
