How delivery to a Parcel Locker or Parcel Shop works

Step 1
Choose a GLS Point as your delivery location
When shopping online, select a Parcel Shop or Parcel Locker as your delivery location. Alternatively, you can redirect an incoming parcel to a GLS Point using the available delivery options.

Step 2
Receive a notification about your delivery
GLS notifies you as soon as your parcel is ready for collection at the selected GLS Point. The notification contains all the important information about the location and collection process.

Step 3
Collect your parcel at the GLS Point
Collect your parcel within the stated collection period. At a Parcel Shop, you will need your notification and valid photo ID. At a Parcel Locker, simply follow the instructions in your notification.
Did not collect your parcel in time?
If you do not collect your parcel within the collection period, GLS automatically returns it to the sender.
