How do I drop off a parcel?

1. Prepare your parcel
Pack your parcel securely and attach a parcel label or follow the sender’s instructions. It is also possible to drop off a parcel without a printed label. In this case, you will receive a barcode or PIN code for drop-off. We recommend writing the parcel tracking number on the package for easier identification. -
2. Find a GLS Parcel Locker
Select the nearest GLS Parcel Locker that supports parcel drop-off. -
3. Select parcel drop-off
Follow the on-screen instructions at the Parcel Locker to drop off your parcel. Click “Drop Off Parcel”. Enter the PIN code or scan the barcode provided for drop-off.

4. Place the parcel in the locker
Once the locker opens, place your parcel inside and complete the process. -
5. GLS collects the parcel
Your parcel is ready to enter the GLS delivery network and continue its journey to the recipient.
Returns via a GLS Parcel Locker
Many online stores allow you to return products through a GLS Parcel Locker. If the online store offers returns with GLS, simply follow the return instructions provided and drop off your parcel at a Parcel Locker.

How do I know that my parcel has been successfully dropped off?
Once the shipment has been processed, you can track its status through the GLS tracking system. When dropping off a parcel at a GLS Parcel Locker, enter your email address to receive a drop-off confirmation.
What is the maximum parcel size allowed?
The parcel must fit within the dimensions of a GLS Parcel Locker compartment. The maximum compartment size is 60 × 55 × 40 cm.
