Terms and conditions of the GLS Poland promotion ‘Shipments to parcel machines and GLS collection points – 50% off for new customers’

§1 General provisions

1. These terms and conditions of the promotion ‘Deliveries to parcel machines and GLS collection points – 50% for new customers’ (‘Terms and Conditions’) set out the rules and procedures for the promotion organised by General Logistics Systems Poland spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością with its registered office in Głuchowo in the period from 12.01.2026 to 12.03.2026.

2. The organiser of the promotion (‘Promotion’) is General Logistics Systems Poland Sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Głuchowo, ul. Tęczowa 10, 62-052 Komorniki, entered in the National Court Register under number 0000005009, NIP [785-15-61-831], REGON [631058749, BDO number: 000134659 (hereinafter: ‘Organiser’ or ‘GLS Poland’).

3. The promotion is conducted under the slogan ‘Shipments to parcel machines and collection points -50% for new customers’ and is valid in the territory of the Republic of Poland.

4. The Terms and Conditions set out the conditions of the Promotion, including its duration, participants eligible to take part in the Promotion, rules for obtaining a discount, and other rights and obligations.

§2 Duration of the Promotion

1. The Promotion lasts for 2 months, from 12.01.2026 to 12.03.2026 inclusive.

2. GLS Poland reserves the right to terminate the Promotion early if the promotional budget is exhausted or due to the occurrence of force majeure (an external event that GLS Poland could not have foreseen and could not have prevented, or which GLS Poland could not counteract with due diligence and which was not the result of errors or negligence on the part of GLS Poland), of which GLS Poland will inform on its website at: https://gls-group.com/PL/pl/regulaminOOH/ no later than 7 days before the planned end of the Promotion.

§3 Promotion participants

1. The following may participate in the Promotion:

a. entrepreneurs within the meaning of Article 4 of the Act of 6 March 2018 on Entrepreneurship Law (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 236),

b. persons conducting business activity (even if only secondary) in the form of or using an online store in the territory of the Republic of Poland during the Promotion period, who in the period from [...] to [...] conclude a contract with GLS Poland for the provision of courier services, under which GLS Poland will provide additional services consisting in the shipment of parcels to parcel machines and parcel collection points (hereinafter: ‘Promotion Participant’). The above conditions must be met cumulatively.

2. The following are excluded from participation in the Promotion:

a. entrepreneurs who, at any time prior to the start date of the Promotion, entered into any agreement with GLS Poland for the provision of courier services, including door-to-door parcel delivery services and parcel delivery to parcel machines and collection points, regardless of whether such an agreement is in force at the time of publication of the Terms and Conditions or has been terminated or has expired;

b. entities which, prior to the start date of the Promotion, cooperated with GLS Poland in the scope of the services referred to in point 1c §3, even without having a written agreement concluded with GLS Poland (in particular on the basis of orders, regulations or other arrangements);

c. natural persons not conducting business activity, including consumers within the meaning of Article 221 of the Civil Code;

d. entities related to GLS Poland by capital or personnel

e. employees and subcontractors of GLS Poland

§4 Subject of the Promotion and terms and conditions of the discount

1. The promotion applies to parcels sent by Promotion Participants to parcel machines or collection points operated by GLS Poland (or partners in the GLS Poland network) – hereinafter referred to as ‘Promotional Shipments’.

2. The Promotion includes a 50% discount on the standard price of door-to-door courier service (i.e. delivery of the parcel to the recipient's door) for parcels up to 2 kg. The discount calculated in this way, corresponding to 50% of the price of a D2D parcel up to 2 kg, is applied to parcels in all weight categories.

3. Due to the structure of the GLS Poland billing system and the method of invoicing services, the price of each shipment delivered with the additional ShopDeliveryService (delivery to parcel machines and collection points) is determined as:

  • The price of the basic door-to-door (D2D) courier service, and
  • an additional item – the price of the ShopDeliveryService additional service.

As part of this Promotion, the discount for the ShopDeliveryService additional service will be accepted as a negative value (discount) for the Promotion Participant. As a result, the total price of each Promotional Shipment will be 50% lower than the standard price of a door-to-door shipment of the same weight (up to 2 kg).

§5 Promotion Rules

1. A new Customer who meets the conditions referred to in §3(1) of the Terms and Conditions and who wishes to participate in the Promotion shall express their willingness to participate in the Promotion when signing the contract. GLS Poland has the right to verify whether a given Customer meets the requirements for participation in the Promotion in accordance with the provisions of these Terms and Conditions.

2. Once the status of a new Customer eligible to participate in the Promotion has been confirmed, all Promotional Shipments made during the Promotion period will be subject to a discount on the terms described in §4 sections 2 and 3 of the Terms and Conditions.

3. The promotional discount will be indicated on the VAT invoice issued to the Promotion Participant by GLS Poland as a discount amount, calculated in accordance with the rules set out in §4(3) of the Terms and Conditions.

4. The Promotion cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions offered by GLS Poland, unless GLS Poland expressly decides otherwise (in writing or electronically).

§6 Complaints

1. Any complaints regarding participation in the Promotion, including those related to incorrect pricing or improper application of a discount, should be sent to the following e-mail address: reklamacje@gls-poland.com within 14 days of receiving the VAT invoice.

2. In order for a complaint to be effectively considered, it should include at least:

a) the first and last name or name and contact details of the Promotion Participant,

b) customer number or contract number with GLS Poland (if assigned),

c) the VAT invoice number to which the complaint relates,

d) a description of the problem or objection reported,

e) the Participant's request (e.g. correction of the invoice, recalculation of the discount),

f) if possible, documents or information confirming the complaint.

3. GLS Poland may ask the Promotion Participant to provide any missing data or documents necessary to consider the complaint. Failure to provide them within 7 working days of the request may result in the complaint not being accepted.
