Terms and conditions of the GLS Poland promotion "Shipments to Parcel Lockers and GLS Points – 50% for New Linker Customers"

§1 General provisions

1. These Promotion Terms and Conditions entitled “Shipments to Parcel Lockers and GLS Points – 50% for New Linker Customers” (“Terms and Conditions”) define the rules and procedure for conducting the promotion organized by General Logistics Systems Poland spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością, with its registered office in Głuchowo, during the period from 9 February 2026 to 31 May 2026.

2. The organizer of the promotion (“Promotion”) is General Logistics Systems Poland Sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Głuchowo, ul. Tęczowa 10, 62-052 Komorniki, entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register (KRS) under number 0000005009, NIP 785-15-61-831, REGON 631058749, BDO number 000134659 (hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer” or “GLS Poland”).

3. The Promotion is conducted under the slogan “Shipments to Parcel Lockers and GLS Points - 50% for New Customers”, applies to customers using the Linker integration, and is valid within the territory of the Republic of Poland.

4. These Terms and Conditions define the conditions of the Promotion, including its duration, eligible participants, rules for obtaining the discount, and other rights and obligations of the Organizer and the participants.

§2 Duration of the Promotion

1. The Promotion lasts for four (4) months, from 9 February 2026 to 31 May 2026, inclusive.

2. GLS Poland reserves the right to terminate the Promotion earlier if the promotional budget is exhausted or due to the occurrence of a force majeure event (an external event which GLS Poland could not foresee or prevent, or counteract despite exercising due diligence, and which was not caused by errors or negligence on the part of GLS Poland). In such case, GLS Poland shall inform about the early termination on its website at: https://gls-group.com/PL/pl/regulaminLinker/ no later than 7 days before the planned termination of the Promotion.

§3 Promotion participants

1. Participants in the Promotion may be:

a. entrepreneurs within the meaning of Article 4 of the Act of 6 March 2018 - Entrepreneurs’ Law (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 236);

b. entities conducting business activity (even as a secondary activity) within the territory of the Republic of Poland during the Promotion period, in the form of or using an online store;

c. entities using the Linker – GLS Poland integration, who between 9 February 2026 and 31 May 2026 conclude an agreement with GLS Poland for the provision of courier services, under which GLS Poland provides additional services consisting of shipments to parcel lockers and GLS Points (hereinafter referred to as a “Promotion Participant”).

2. The conditions described in points a-c above must be met jointly throughout the entire Promotion period for a given entity to qualify as a Promotion Participant.

3. The following entities are excluded from participation in the Promotion:

a. entrepreneurs who, at any time prior to the start date of the Promotion, entered into any courier services agreement with GLS Poland, including door-to-door parcel delivery services and deliveries to parcel lockers or GLS Points, regardless of whether such agreement is still in force or has been terminated or expired;

b. entities that, prior to the start date of the Promotion, cooperated with GLS Poland in the scope of courier services referred to in §3(1), even without a written agreement with GLS Poland (in particular on the basis of orders, terms and conditions, or other arrangements);

c. natural persons not conducting business activity, including consumers within the meaning of Article 221 of the Polish Civil Code;

d. entities capital- or personally-related to GLS Poland;

e. employees and subcontractors of GLS Poland.

§4 Subject of the Promotion and terms and conditions of the discount

1. The Promotion applies to parcels shipped by Promotion Participants to parcel lockers or GLS Points operated by GLS Poland (or partners within the GLS Poland network), hereinafter referred to as “Promotional Shipments”.

2. The Promotion includes a 50% discount compared to the standard price of the door-to-door courier service (D2D), i.e. delivery of a parcel to the recipient’s door, for parcels up to 2 kg. The resulting monetary discount, corresponding to 50% of the D2D price for parcels up to 2 kg, is applied to parcels shipped by the Promotion Participant to parcel lockers or GLS Points in all weight brackets.

3. Due to the structure of the GLS Poland billing system and the method of invoicing services, the price of each shipment delivered with the additional ShopDeliveryService (delivery to parcel lockers or GLS Points) is determined as:

a. the price of the basic door-to-door courier service (D2D), and

b. an additional item - the price of the additional ShopDeliveryService.

4. Under this Promotion, the discount for the additional ShopDeliveryService will be applied to the Promotion Participant as a negative value (monetary discount). As a result, the total price of each Promotional Shipment will be 50% lower than the standard price of a door-to-door shipment of the same weight (up to 2 kg).

§5 Promotion Rules

1. A new customer meeting the conditions referred to in §3(1) of the Terms and Conditions who wishes to participate in the Promotion declares their intention to join the Promotion at the time of signing the agreement. GLS Poland has the right to verify whether the customer meets the requirements for participation in the Promotion in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

2. After confirmation of the new customer status entitling them to participate in the Promotion, all Promotional Shipments carried out during the Promotion period will be subject to the discount under the rules described in §4(2) and (3).

3. The promotional discount will be indicated on the VAT invoice issued by GLS Poland to the Promotion Participant as a monetary discount calculated in accordance with §4(3).

4. The Promotion may not be combined with other discounts or promotions offered by GLS Poland, unless GLS Poland expressly decides otherwise (in written or electronic form).

§6 Complaints

1. Any complaints regarding participation in the Promotion, including those related to incorrect pricing or improper application of the discount, should be submitted by e-mail to: reklamacje@gls-poland.com within 14 days from the date of receipt of the VAT invoice.

2. For a complaint to be duly processed, it should include at least:

a. the name and surname or company name and contact details of the Promotion Participant;

b. the customer number or contract number with GLS Poland (if assigned);

c. the number of the VAT invoice to which the complaint relates;

d. a description of the reported issue or objection;

e. the Promotion Participant’s request (e.g. invoice correction, reapplication of the discount);

f. where possible – documents or information supporting the complaint.

3. GLS Poland may request the Promotion Participant to supplement missing data or documents necessary to process the complaint. Failure to provide them within 7 business days from the request may result in rejection of the complaint.

4. Complaints will be reviewed by GLS Poland within 30 business days from the date of receipt of a complete submission.

5. If an error in the calculation of the discount is identified, GLS Poland will issue an appropriate correction to the VAT invoice or another corrective document.

6. Discount corrections resulting from resolved complaints will be implemented in accordance with applicable law and the settlement rules applied by GLS Poland.

§7 Personal Data Protection

1. The controller of the personal data of Promotion Participants is GLS Poland. Detailed information regarding the processing of personal data of Participants as potential customers can be found in the Privacy Policy available on the website: Privacy Policy | GLS Poland

§8 Final Provisions

1. GLS Poland may exclude a Promotion Participant from the Promotion if the Participant violates the provisions of these Terms and Conditions or otherwise violates generally applicable laws in connection with the Promotion.

2. GLS Poland reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions during the Promotion period, in particular with respect to the scope of the Promotion, eligibility criteria, or the method of calculating the discount, only for valid reasons (e.g. changes in law or operational conditions). Any changes will be communicated at least 7 days prior to their entry into force by publishing a new version of the Terms and Conditions on the website:

3. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and the agreement concluded with the Customer or the Terms and Conditions for the Provision of Services by GLS Poland, the provisions of those documents shall prevail.

4. These Terms and Conditions are governed by Polish law.

5. These Terms and Conditions enter into force on 9 February 2026.
