The company launches three new branches - near Starogard Gdański, north of Warsaw in Różan near Ostrołęka and in Wodzisław Śląski. GLS Poland adapts its base infrastructure to the growing stream of shipments and e-commerce needs.

A huge GLS investment in Poznań

An expanded branch of GLS in Poznań is already operating. Its capacity has doubled. Ultimately, the facility
will be a regional sorting station and export facility for Western destinations.

Szybka Paczka GLS now in Krakow. A courier bike will also make its debut in Poland.

The courier company is consistently developing its network and opening new points of Szybka Paczka. However, the newest one in Kraków will be unique, due to the additional function of the reloading station for deliveries made by courier bicycle.

New in GLS. Now you will pay with BLIK for the cash on delivery parcel.

The courier company starts cooperation with BLIK. Thanks to this, recipients of parcels delivered by GLS can pay for the parcel without cash and without contact. The new option of collecting parcels is already available and Tpay is responsible for its implementation.

GLS Poland appreciated in an independent customer survey

Parcel delivery work culture, speed and punctuality of delivery, as well as efficient contact and access to information have gained the highest ratings. The parcel service provider has been awarded with the title of Customer Friendly Company 2019. The survey also shows how customer preferences and expectations in this industry are changing.
