GLS, which delivers over 70 million parcels per year in France, is strengthening its transformation to adapt to a rapidly evolving sector. Under the leadership of CEO Nicolas Robert, GLS is reorganizing its Executive Committee to accelerate its transformation, relying on a renewed management team committed to performance, innovation, and service quality.

As part of this new structure, several appointments are reinforcing the Executive Committee:

Benjamin Levine has been appointed Chief Strategy Officer, responsible for technology, data, customer experience, and marketing, while Youssef Tagemouati becomes the new Chief Financial Officer. Both are co-founders of the French start-up Tousfacteurs, acquired by GLS France in 2021, and embody this new momentum to support GLS’s transformation ambitions.

Mathieu Barthet, previously Director of First and Last Mile Operations, now has an expanded scope. He takes full responsibility for operational divisions, with a mission to accelerate delivery operations transformation, aiming for enhanced performance and stronger partnerships with field teams.

Arnaud Guibert is appointed Industrial Director. With 30 years of experience in the parcel transport sector, he will lead industrial operations and technical management, with the goal of strengthening the reliability and competitiveness of GLS's infrastructure network.

Alice Blanchet, Legal and Compliance Director, and Marc Léger, Sales Director, joined the Executive Committee in May 2025.

Sébastien Tranchant has been part of the Executive Committee as Human Resources Director since September 2024. His mission is to support the company's transformation by placing social dialogue, human development, and corporate responsibility at the heart of GLS’s strategy.

GLS France’s strategic ambition is structured around three priorities:

Strengthening its market share in France:

GLS aims to reach €1 billion in revenue by 2031. To achieve this bold objective, it plans to expand its presence in both home delivery and out-of-home delivery segments, continuing to invest in its unique offering (real-time tracking, branded tracking pages, etc.).

Accelerating exports:

With operations in 40 countries and a well-integrated network, particularly in Europe, GLS France aims to become the go-to partner for French companies looking to expand internationally, especially in cross-border markets.

Driving innovation to offer a more flexible and reliable delivery experience:
Innovation lies at the heart of GLS’s strategy. Since acquiring the start-up Tousfacteurs in 2022, GLS has been developing "Track & Engage"—a constantly evolving tool designed to enhance traceability, speed, and reliability of deliveries by anticipating the needs of customers, couriers, and e-commerce partners.

“GLS has grown by 50% over the past five years, driven by innovation and reimagined standards. A growing company must be able to transform itself. This new Executive Committee represents a collective ready to challenge norms and shift paradigms. It's a sign that we’re ready to scale up. We want to structure our development, stay one step ahead, and turn transformation into a lever for sustainable performance.” Nicolas Robert, CEO of GLS France
