GLS France announces the appointment of Youssef Tagemouati as Chief Executive Officer. A tech and logistics entrepreneur, his ambition is to make GLS France the leading logistics partner for e-commerce in France by combining operational excellence with technological innovation.

An entrepreneur and expert in digital transformation, Youssef Tagemouati co-founded Tousfacteurs in 2015, a start-up pioneering the digitalization of last-mile delivery, which was acquired by GLS France in 2022.

Since then, he has contributed to the company’s digital and operational transformation, first as Director of Transformation (December 2024), then as Chief Financial Officer (May 2025), where he repositioned the Finance function as a strategic business partner and established a data-driven performance culture.

As Chief Executive Officer, Youssef Tagemouati intends to continue the company’s deep transformation toward operational excellence, develop its partner ecosystem, and accelerate innovation to enhance the customer experience.

“I am very pleased with the trust placed in me by the GLS Group. Our ambition is to make GLS France the logistics partner of choice to support the growth of e-commerce by combining technological innovation with operational excellence. This is a collective project that I am excited to lead alongside all GLS France employees, customers, and partners,” said Youssef Tagemouati.
