Easy returns: Would your recipient like to return the parcel? Not a problem! You can include a pre-prepared GLS return label with your parcel. Alternatively, the recipient can create a label using our online returns solutions. Stick the label onto the parcel, and drop it off at one of about 800 ParcelShops. Quickly and easily! Cross-border returns are also available to Belgium, Denmark, Germany, Ireland, Luxembourg and Poland.
Fast Parcel Shipping for Business Customers: GLS delivers express parcels nationwide on the next working day before 5 pm. Reliability guaranteed. From spare parts to documents, urgent shipments reach their destination on time. Customers can book the 12 o’clock service for deliveries within Austria. In many postcode areas, delivery is also possible before 9 or 10 am. You can combine express shipping with the corresponding additional services. If the express parcel does not reach its destination on time, you get your money back.
With GLS you offer your recipients the option to pay cash on delivery. The delivery driver receives the money and GLS transfers it securely to your account – generally within five working days of delivery. Can also be booked to send goods to Germany.
Flexible shipping of goods: GLS informs your recipients in good time about the upcoming delivery – including information about the expected delivery time window. Recipients can thus prepare themselves for the delivery. If you are not at home during the delivery, you can choose one of the many delivery options. You can select an alternative delivery date, change the address or redirect the shipment to a GLS ParcelShop. This free service increases recipient satisfaction and facilitates parcel delivery.
Recipients can have their parcels sent directly to a ParcelShop of their choice. As soon as the parcel arrives, we inform the recipient by e-mail or SMS. They can then collect the parcel from the ParcelShop within nine working days. Flexible and easy.
