Service for managing e-Commerce returns

ReturnService is aimed at all those who sell online and need to manage their returns quickly and easily. Simply request that GLS activates the service and decide the place that goods are to be returned to, which may not coincide with the place of departure. The departing shipments will be created in the usual way. When the Recipient requests the return of goods, this can be done in two ways:
• book the return collection directly with GLS;
• allow the Recipient access to a dedicated page of the GLS website, where he/she can book the collection of the return or choose the drop-off option, i.e. the delivery of the return at any GLS Depot or Parcel Shop, throughout the national territory.

The Recipient will then receive an e-mail confirmation containing a label with a barcode that must be printed and affixed to the parcel to be returned.

Recipient's autonomous choice between home pick-up and drop-off at a GLS Depot or at one of more than 7,000 Parcel Shops nationwide
Tracking of the goods, both outward and returning via the request for collection
Delivery of the returned goods to the chosen address
