Service for managing e-Commerce returns

ReturnService is aimed at all those who sell online and need to manage their returns quickly and easily. Simply request that GLS activates the service and decide the place that goods are to be returned to, which may not coincide with the place of departure. The departing shipments will be created in the usual way. When the Recipient requests to return the goods, you can proceed in two ways:
- book the return collection directly with GLS;
- allow the Recipient access to a dedicated page of the GLS site, where they themselves can book the return collection or choose the drop-off option, i.e. delivery of the returned goods to any GLS Depot or GLS Shop throughout the country.

No need to include a return label in the original shipment
Notifications to the recipient relating to the booking of collection / drop-off and the return shipment
Printing the confirmation of collection / drop-off recommended to the Recipient, but not mandatory
Tracking of the goods, both outward and returning via the request for collection
Delivery of the returned goods to the chosen address
Possibility of making your Recipient autonomous in the management of returns, allowing him/her to either pick up at home or deliver to a GLS Depot or a GLS Shop (drop-off)
