When my parcel is delivered at a GLS Shop, how long do I have to pick it up?
The parcel remains available at the selected GLS Shop for 10 days. The recipient receives a notification on the day of delivery and a reminder for pickup after 5 days.
When my parcel is delivered at a GLS Locker, how long do I have to pick it up?
The parcel remains available at the selected GLS Locker for 8 days. The recipient receives a notification on the day of delivery and a reminder for pickup after 4 days.

Out of Home deliveries are a convenient option that allows you to pick up your shipment by yourself whenever you want*, without waiting for the courier at home. It is the perfect solution that gives you the flexibility to reconcile a parcel pickup with your daily schedule. Result? One less worry!
What are GLS Points, how many are there, and where are they located?
GLS Points are the pickup points of the GLS network: they can be Locker or Shop - commercial businesses that also offer the option of picking up GLS parcels at their facility.
GLS has a network of over 100,000 pickup points throughout Europe. In Italy there are more than 8,000 GLS Points, including Shops and Lockers, spread throughout the country.
*Pickup at GLS Shops and Lockers is subject to change based on the opening hours of the host businesses.
Parcel storage at a GLS Shop is a maximum of 10 days from delivery, while at GLS Lockers it is a maximum of 8 days.
