Parcel collection at GLS ParcelShops
If you find the GLS ParcelShop service on the webshop’s website, you can request the parcel to be delivered to the nearest collection point when you place your order.
This way, you can pick up the ordered goods at a place that suits you in nearly 900 locations in more than 400 settlements countrywide.
Short text message notification
GLS will notify you by SMS text message and/or email once the parcel is delivered to the selected GLS ParcelShop. The parcel can be collected within 5 working days following the notification, after presentation of the parcel number and a valid personal identification document.
Bank card payment
The cash on delivery option is available at all collection points and customers can also pay with their bank cards in a number of shops. Find the information regarding this option in the GLS ParcelShop map search.
The majority of the GLS ParcelShops await customers with extended opening hours, thus parcels can be collected comfortably after the end of the work day or even on Saturdays.
You can collect your parcel quickly and easily at the GLS ParcelShop indicated by you. If you are unable to collect it, the person authorised by you can pick up your parcel after presentation of the parcel number and a valid personal identification document.
