Why does the estimated arrival time of my shipment change?
Real Time Tracking calculates the estimated time window in which you should receive your shipment. Due to traffic or other unforeseeable events, it may be necessary to recalculate the route and, as a result, the delivery may be brought forward or delayed. With the Real Time Tracking link, you can still stay updated on the time window in which your delivery is scheduled.
Why is my address invalid in real-time tracking?
We advise you to verify that you have provided the correct address to the sender. If the address provided is correct, it may still happen that the pointer appears on the map in a position close to where you actually are, with a distance of a few meters.This slight discrepancy may occur in remote areas or in areas where the road system has recently been changed or changes have been made to the terrain. A slight difference of a few meters between the location on the map and the actual location will not affect delivery. If you notice more significant differences, please contact the shipper of your shipment.
Can I change the delivery address?
No. You must ask the sender to do so.
How can I track a multi-item shipment?
For shipments consisting of several packages within Italy, you need just one tracking number to monitor all the packages. For international shipments, the sender must provide a tracking number for each individual parcel shipped. The name or the sender/recipient details are not enough.
I need my shipment urgently. Can I make my way to the delivery personnel?
To ensure successful delivery, it is essential to wait for the driver at the delivery address you have indicated.
Is my shipment exactly at the location shown on the map?
The location shown on the map does not correspond to the actual location of your shipment because there is an unavoidable technical delay in displaying the location.
Don't worry, what you describe does not affect the indicated delivery time window.
I have used RTT for other GLS shipments before. I've received notification of shipment leaving or in transit for new shipment, but I can't get RTT to work. How come?
RTT is only guaranteed for shipments for which you have already received the relevant email with the shipment number and link. If you try to use the service for shipments for which you have not received the RTT notification email, the service will not work can be guaranteed.
