FAQs

Real Time Tracking calculates the estimated time window in which you should receive your shipment. Due to traffic or other unforeseeable events, it may be necessary to recalculate the route and, as a result, the delivery may be brought forward or delayed. With the Real Time Tracking link, you can still stay updated on the time window in which your delivery is scheduled.

We advise you to verify that you have provided the correct address to the sender. If the address provided is correct, it may still happen that the pointer appears on the map in a position close to where you actually are, with a distance of a few meters. This slight discrepancy may occur in remote areas or in areas where the road system has recently been changed or changes have been made to the terrain. A slight difference of a few meters between the location on the map and the actual location will not affect delivery. If you notice more significant differences, please contact the shipper of your shipment.
