Official Terms and Conditions: Double Tickets for Comunidad de Madrid Premier Padel P1 by Oysho 2026 - Instagram

1.- ORGANISING COMPANY OF THE PROMOTION

General Logistics Systems Spain, S.A. (hereinafter, the “Company”), with registered address at Ingeniero Torres Quevedo, 1, postcode 28022, Madrid, and tax identification number A-61441523, organises for promotional purposes a prize draw (hereinafter, the “Promotion”), nationwide in scope, to be conducted via the Internet and exclusively for users residing in Spain who are of legal age, in accordance with the participation requirements set out in these Terms and Conditions.

2.- PROMOTION START AND END DATES

The Promotion will begin on 20/08/2026 at 17:00 and will end on 26/08/2026 at 16:00.

The Company reserves the right not to proceed with the promotional campaign if, by the stated closing date, fewer than 10 valid entries have been registered. Likewise, the Company may extend the Promotion for an additional 3 days, establishing 29/08/2026 as the new closing date if fewer than 15 entries have been registered.

3.- PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS AND PROMOTION MECHANICS

It is important to note that participation in the Promotion implies unconditional acceptance of and compliance with these Official Terms and Conditions.

The participation requirements are as follows:

• Participants must reside in Spain and be at least 18 years old.
• Participants must hold an Instagram account and follow both @GLS_Spain and @madridpremierpadel.
• Participants must “Like” the promotional giveaway post.
• During the participation period, participants must comment on the @GLS_Spain Instagram post and tag one (1) friend.
• Participants may only enter using a single Instagram profile. If a participant is found to be using multiple Instagram profiles, all entries will be disqualified.
• Even if participants post several comments on the same publication, they will receive only one entry into the random draw.
• The application will aggregate mentions and hashtags from the same participant even when they appear in different comments.

Twelve (12) winners and ten (10) reserve winners will be selected by random draw on 26/08/2026.

The winners will be chosen randomly through the Easypromos platform. The winners will be announced on 26/08/2026 through the brand’s social media profiles, together with the giveaway validity certificate.

Each winner will receive a prize consisting of one double ticket to attend the Comunidad de Madrid Premier Padel P1 by Oysho 2026.

Distribution of the event’s double tickets will be allocated according to ranking order. Therefore, participants will not be able to choose the day:

Wednesday: four (4) double tickets
Thursday: four (4) double tickets
Friday: two (2) double tickets
Saturday: one (1) double ticket
Sunday: one (1) double ticket

Notification will be made through a comment on the original Instagram post and, where possible, by private message.

The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or for any other prize, nor may it be altered or substituted. The Company reserves the right to modify the prize if, on the date the participant is declared a winner, stock availability issues make it impossible to provide the advertised prize.

The winner may contact the Company within a period of one (1) day from the date on which the winner is announced on GLS Spain’s Instagram profile, or by sending an email to marketing@gls-spain.com. If no such contact is made within the stipulated period, the first reserve winner on the list will be contacted.

The holding of the draw and the awarding of the prize are subject to the applicable tax regulations in force.

5.- LIMITATIONS

If it becomes evident that any participant does not meet the requirements set out in these Terms and Conditions, or if the data provided for participation is not valid, their participation will be deemed void and they will automatically be excluded from the Promotion, losing any right to claim the prizes awarded under it.

The following persons may not participate in the Promotion: (i) employees of any companies or legal entities linked to GLS Spain; (ii) individuals who directly or indirectly hold interests in the capital of GLS Spain; and (iii) any other individual who has participated directly or indirectly in the organisation, preparation, or development of this Promotion (agencies, suppliers, etc.).

The prize awarded is non-transferable and may not be exchanged, altered, or compensated at the request of participants. It may not be redeemed for any other product or for cash.

GLS Spain reserves the right, where justified and following proper legal notice, to make any changes to, suspend, or extend this Promotion.

Any tax liabilities arising from acceptance of the prize, as well as any other expenses deriving from the Promotion that are not expressly assumed by GLS Spain in these Terms and Conditions, shall be borne by the winner.

A period of FIFTEEN (15) calendar days from the date the prize is awarded is established for submitting any justified claim. In cases of necessity, GLS Spain reserves the right to replace the prize with another of similar characteristics.

6.- PUBLICATION OF COMMENTS OR OPINIONS

Comments or opinions whose content is considered inappropriate, offensive, defamatory, discriminatory, or that may infringe third-party rights will not be permitted. Comments directed against an individual that violate the principles of the right to honour, personal and family privacy, or image rights will likewise not be permitted. We shall not be liable for any harm caused by comments made by participants in the Promotion that may offend the sensitivities of other participants.

Any attempt to disrupt the proper conduct of the Promotion, whether through human intervention or automated means, will result in the immediate disqualification of the participant and the cancellation of their entry.

7.- DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY

For illustrative purposes only and without limitation, we shall not be liable for any losses, thefts, delays, or any other circumstances attributable to third parties that may affect the operation of this Promotion. Nor shall we be responsible for the use made by participants of the prize received through this Promotion, and we assume no liability for any damage or loss of any kind suffered by participants, winners, or third parties.

We shall not be responsible for cases of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances that may prevent the Promotion from taking place or the enjoyment of all or part of the prize. Should this Promotion be unable to proceed due to detected fraud, technical errors, or any other cause beyond the control of GLS Spain affecting its normal operation, we reserve the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Promotion, including the participation webpage.

8.- PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION

GLS Spain takes the protection of your privacy and personal data very seriously. Therefore, your personal information is stored securely and handled with the utmost care.

In accordance with applicable data protection legislation, and specifically Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, each participant, by accepting these Terms and Conditions, consents to the personal data provided for participation in this Promotion being incorporated into a file owned by GLS Spain for the purpose of managing participation in the Promotion and notifying participants in the event that they are selected as winners. Such notification will be made through a publication on Instagram.

Please note that your contact details will be used solely for communications relating to this Promotion.

Participants guarantee that the personal data provided is accurate and undertake to inform GLS Spain of any modification thereof. GLS Spain reserves the right to exclude from this Promotion any participant who has provided false information. Participants are encouraged to exercise the utmost diligence regarding Data Protection by using appropriate security tools, and GLS Spain shall not be held liable for unlawful theft, alteration, or loss of data.

Participants have the right to: (i) access their personal data; (ii) request the rectification of inaccurate data or, where appropriate, request its deletion; (iii) request restriction of processing; (iv) object to the processing of their data; and (v) request data portability.

Participants may exercise all these rights by emailing protecciondatos@gls-spain.com, stating the reason for their request.

Without prejudice to any other administrative remedy or judicial action, participants shall have the right to lodge a complaint with a Supervisory Authority, particularly in the Member State of their habitual residence, place of work, or the location of the alleged infringement, if they believe that the processing of their personal data does not comply with applicable regulations or if the exercise of their rights has not been satisfactorily addressed.

The Supervisory Authority with which the complaint is lodged shall inform the complainant of the progress and outcome of the complaint.

9.- CHANGES

We reserve the right to amend or extend these promotional terms and conditions, provided that such changes do not prejudice or undermine the rights of participants in the Promotion.

10.- APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by Spanish law. Any claim or dispute relating to the validity, interpretation, or enforcement of these Terms and Conditions shall be submitted to the Courts and Tribunals of the participant’s city of residence.
