Legal Terms: HEAD ball box giveaway – Instagram
1. ORGANIZING COMPANY
The company General Logistics Systems Spain, S.A., with registered office at Ingeniero Torres Quevedo, 1, postal district 28022, Madrid, and identification number A-61441523, organizes for promotional purposes the giveaway (hereinafter, the “Promotion”) nationwide, to be carried out online, exclusively for users residing in Spain and over 18 years old, in accordance with the conditions set forth below.
2. START DATE AND END DATE
The Promotion will begin on 08/06/2026 at 12:00 p.m. and will end on 15/06/2026 at 11:30 a.m.
The Company reserves the right not to proceed with the promotional action if, by the indicated end date, fewer than 10 valid entries have been registered. Likewise, the Company may extend the deadline of the promotional action by an additional 3 days—setting the new end date to 18/06/2026—if fewer than 15 entries have been registered.
3. PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS AND PROMOTION MECHANICS
Participation in the Promotion implies the unconditional acceptance of and compliance with these Legal Terms.
Requirements for participation:
- Participation is open to individuals residing in Spain who are 18 years of age or older.
- Only those Participants who hold an Instagram account and follow the @GLS_Spain account may participate.
- Participants must comment on the @GLS_Spain Instagram post related to the giveaway and tag one (1) friend during the participation period.
- Participants may only participate with one single Instagram profile. If a Participant is found to be entering with multiple profiles, they will be disqualified.
- Even if Participants submit multiple comments, they will only receive one entry in the random draw.
- The platform will accumulate mentions and hashtags from the same Participant even if posted in separate comments.
4. PROMOTION CONDITIONS AND PRIZES
One (1) winner and three (3) alternates will be selected by random draw on 15/05/2026.
The draw will be conducted using the Easypromos platform, which ensures transparency and issues a certificate of validity that cannot be altered by the organizer.
Winners will receive: One (1) HEAD ball box PRO S+.
The winners will be announced on 15/06/2026 through the brand’s social media profiles, along with the draw’s certificate of validity. Communication will be made via a comment on the original Instagram post and, where possible, through private message.
The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or for any other product, nor may it be altered or modified at the request of Participants. The Company reserves the right to modify the prize if, on the date of declaring the winner, stock issues arise that prevent delivery of the exact item.
Winners may contact the Company within one (1) day from the date of the announcement via Instagram or by emailing marketing@gls-spain.com. If the winner does not make contact within the established timeframe, the Company will contact the first alternate.
The giveaway and the awarding of the prize are subject to applicable tax regulations.
5. LIMITATIONS
If a Participant does not meet the requirements established in these Legal Terms, or if the data provided is invalid, their participation will be void and they will be automatically excluded from the Promotion, forfeiting any rights to the prize.
The following individuals may not participate in the Promotion:
- Employees of any companies or legal entities linked to GLS Spain.
- Individuals who directly or indirectly hold shares in GLS Spain.
- Any other individuals who have participated directly or indirectly in the organization, preparation, or development of this Promotion (agencies, suppliers, etc.).
GLS Spain reserves the right, for justified reasons and with proper legal communication, to modify, suspend, or extend the Promotion.
Any taxes or expenses arising from the acceptance of the prize, and any other expenses not expressly assumed by GLS Spain, will be borne by the winner.
A period of fifteen (15) calendar days from the date the prize is awarded is established for any justified claims. GLS Spain reserves the right, if necessary, to substitute the prize with another of similar characteristics.
6. PUBLICATION OF COMMENTS OR OPINIONS
Comments or opinions deemed inappropriate, offensive, insulting, discriminatory, or infringing upon the rights of third parties will not be permitted. Comments against individuals that violate the right to honor, personal and family privacy, or personal image will not be accepted.
The Company will not be responsible for damages caused by comments made by Participants that may offend or harm the sensitivity of other Participants.
Any attempt to hinder the proper functioning of the Promotion, whether through human intervention or automated means, will result in immediate disqualification.
Participation in the Promotion, including posting comments, must not violate Instagram’s Community Guidelines or Terms of Use.
7. DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY
Without limitation, the Company is not responsible for possible losses, theft, delays, or any other circumstance attributable to third parties that may affect the development of the Promotion.
The Company is not responsible for the use the winner makes of the prize nor for any damages or harm that Participants, winners, or third parties may suffer.
The Company accepts no responsibility in cases of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances that may prevent the Promotion from taking place or prevent the full or partial enjoyment of the prize.
If fraud, technical errors, or any circumstance outside the control of GLS Spain occur and affect the normal development of the Promotion, GLS Spain reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Promotion, including the participation webpage.
8. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION
The company responsible for processing personal data is General Logistics Systems Spain, S.A.
In accordance with applicable data protection regulations, particularly Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), each Participant, by accepting these Legal Terms, consents to the processing of their personal data for the purpose of managing participation in the Promotion and contacting them in case they are declared a Winner. Such communication will be made via Instagram.
Participants’ contact details will be used exclusively for communications related to this Promotion.
Participants guarantee that the personal data provided is truthful and agree to notify GLS Spain of any changes. GLS Spain reserves the right to exclude Participants who provide false data.
Participants may exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection, and portability by emailing https://gls-group.com/ES/en/data-protection/ or by writing to the Company’s registered office.
Participants also have the right to file a complaint with the Supervisory Authority of their habitual residence, workplace, or place of the alleged infringement.

9. CHANGES
The Company reserves the right to modify or extend these Legal Terms, provided such changes do not harm the rights of Participants.
10. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Legal Terms shall be governed in accordance with Spanish law. The Courts and Tribunals of the Participant’s city shall have jurisdiction to resolve any claim or dispute that may arise regarding the validity, interpretation, or performance of these Legal Terms.
