Legal Terms: Andalucía Málaga Premier Padel P1 July 2026 - Instagram
1.- PROMOTION ORGANIZER
General Logistics Systems Spain, S.A., with registered address at Ingeniero Torres Quevedo, 1, postal code 28022, Madrid, and tax identification number A-61441523, organizes for promotional purposes the giveaway (hereinafter, the “Promotion”), which is national in scope and conducted via the Internet, exclusively for users residing in Spain who are over 18 years of age, in accordance with the participation conditions set out herein.
2.- START DATE AND END DATE
The Promotion will begin on 03/07/2026 at 12:00 and will end on 09/07/2026 at 10:00.
The Company reserves the right not to carry out the promotional campaign if, by the stated closing date, more than ten (10) valid participations have not been registered. Likewise, the Company may extend the Promotion for an additional three (3) days, establishing 12/07/2026 as the new closing date if fewer than fifteen (15) participations are registered.
3.- PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS AND PROMOTION MECHANICS
It is important to emphasize that participation in the Promotion implies unconditional acceptance of and compliance with these Legal Terms.
The participation requirements are as follows:
- Participants must reside in Spain and be at least 18 years of age.
- Only Participants who own an Instagram account and follow the @GLS_Spain and @malagapremierpadel account may participate.
- Participants must comment on the @GLS_Spain Instagram giveaway post and tag one (1) friend during the participation period.
- Participants may only take part using one Instagram profile. If a Participant is found to be using multiple Instagram profiles, all entries will be disqualified.
- Even if Participants post multiple comments on the same publication, they will only receive one entry into the random draw.
- The application will accumulate mentions and hashtags from the same Participant even if they appear in different comments.
Eleven (11) winners and three (3) reserve winners will be selected by random draw on 09/07/2026.
The winners will be selected randomly through the Easypromos platform. Winners will be announced on 09/07/2026 through the brand's social media profiles, together with the giveaway validity certificate.
The winners will receive as a prize: two (2) tickets for one day of the Andalucía Málaga Premier Padel P1 2026 tournament. The first three winners of the draw will receive tickets for the Wednesday session, 15 July 2026; the next three winners will receive tickets for the Thursday session, 16 July 2026; the following three winners will receive tickets for the Friday session, 17 July 2026; the next winner will receive tickets for the Saturday session, 18 July 2026; and the final winner will receive tickets for the Sunday session, 19 July 2026.
Notification will be made through a comment on the original Instagram publication and, whenever possible, via private message.
The prize may not be redeemed for cash or for any other prize, nor may it be exchanged or altered. The Company reserves the right to modify the prize if, on the date the Participant is declared a winner, stock issues arise making delivery of the original prize impossible.
The winner may contact the Company within one (1) day from the date on which the winner is announced on the GLS Spain Instagram profile, or by writing to marketing@gls-spain.com. If no contact is made within the stipulated period, the first reserve winner on the list will be contacted.
The holding of the draw and the awarding of the prize are subject to the applicable tax regulations in force.
5.- LIMITATIONS
Should it become evident that any Participant does not meet the requirements established in these Legal Terms, or that the information provided for participation is not valid, their participation will be deemed void and they will automatically be excluded from the Promotion, forfeiting any rights to prizes awarded under this Promotion.
The following individuals may not participate in the Promotion:
(i) Employees of any companies or legal entities associated with GLS Spain.
(ii) Individuals who directly or indirectly hold an ownership interest in GLS Spain.
(iii) Any individual who has directly or indirectly participated in the organization, preparation, or development of this Promotion (agencies, suppliers, etc.).
The prize awarded is non-transferable and may not be exchanged, modified, altered, or compensated at the request of Participants. It may not be redeemed for any other product or for cash.
GLS Spain reserves the right, where justified and following prior legal notification, to make changes to, suspend, or extend this Promotion.
Any tax liabilities or charges arising from acceptance of the prize, as well as any other expenses resulting from the Promotion that are not expressly assumed by GLS Spain in these Legal Terms, shall be borne entirely by the winner.
A period of FIFTEEN (15) calendar days from the date of prize allocation is established for submitting any justified claims. In cases of necessity, GLS Spain reserves the right to replace the prize with another of similar characteristics.
6.- PUBLICATION OF COMMENTS OR OPINIONS
Comments or opinions whose content is considered inappropriate, offensive, defamatory, discriminatory, or capable of infringing third-party rights will not be permitted. Comments that violate the right to honor, privacy, family privacy, or personal image will also not be permitted. GLS Spain shall not be responsible for any damages caused by comments made by Participants that may offend or hurt the sensitivity of other Participants.
Any attempt to disrupt the proper functioning of the Promotion, whether through human intervention or automated means, will result in the immediate disqualification of the Participant and the cancellation of their entry.
Participation in this Promotion and the publication of comments by Participants must under no circumstances violate Instagram Community Guidelines or Instagram Terms of Use.
7.- DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY
By way of example but not limitation, GLS Spain shall not be liable for any losses, thefts, delays, or any other circumstances attributable to third parties that may affect the execution of this Promotion. Likewise, GLS Spain shall not be responsible for the use made by the Participant of any prize obtained through this Promotion and assumes no liability for damages or losses of any kind that may be suffered by Participants, winners, or third parties.
GLS Spain shall not be liable in cases of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances that may prevent the execution of the Promotion or the full or partial enjoyment of the prize. Should the Promotion be unable to proceed due to fraud, technical errors, or any other cause beyond the control of GLS Spain that affects its normal operation, GLS Spain reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Promotion, including the participation website.
8.- PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION

GLS Spain takes the protection of your privacy and personal data very seriously. Therefore, your personal information is stored securely and processed with the utmost care.
In accordance with applicable data protection legislation, and specifically Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016, each Participant, through acceptance of these Legal Terms, consents to the personal data provided for participation in this Promotion being incorporated into a file owned by GLS Spain for the purpose of managing participation in the Promotion and notifying the prize in the event of being selected as a Winner. Such notification will be made through a publication on Instagram.
Participants are informed that their personal contact details will be used solely for communications related to this Promotion.
Participants guarantee that the personal data provided are truthful and undertake to inform GLS Spain of any changes thereto. GLS Spain reserves the right to exclude any Participant who has provided false information. Participants are advised to exercise maximum diligence regarding data protection through the use of security tools. GLS Spain shall not be held liable for unlawful theft, alteration, or loss of data.
Participants have the right to:
(i) Access their personal data.
(ii) Request rectification of inaccurate data or, where appropriate, deletion thereof.
(iii) Request restriction of processing.
(iv) Object to the processing of their personal data.
(v) Request portability of their data.

Without prejudice to any other administrative or judicial remedy, Participants shall have the right to lodge a complaint with a Supervisory Authority, particularly in the Member State of their habitual residence, workplace, or place of the alleged infringement, if they consider that the processing of their personal data does not comply with applicable regulations or if they believe their rights have not been properly fulfilled.
The Supervisory Authority with which the complaint has been lodged shall inform the complainant of the progress and outcome of the complaint.

9.- MODIFICATIONS
GLS Spain reserves the right to modify or extend these promotional terms and conditions, provided that such modifications do not prejudice or diminish the rights of participants in the Promotion.
10.- APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Legal Terms shall be governed by Spanish law.
Any dispute arising in connection with the validity, interpretation, or enforcement of these Legal Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of the Participant’s city of residence.
