You receive an SMS containing the parcel number and the payment link.
Step 2.
You make the payment and receive your PIN code.
Step 3.
You enter the PIN code on GLS Locker's screen.

Confirm, and then the box containing your parcel will open.
Step 5.
Pick up the parcel.

After you have received the SMS containing the details of your placed order, you will be able to choose from "Delivery Options" the redirection of your parcel to the nearest GLS Locker.
How many days can a parcel be kept in a GLS Locker?
You have 5 business days to go to the GLS Locker that you have selected and pick up your parcel.
How do I pay?
The payment for your parcel is made through the link received via SMS. No cash is needed. After making the payment, you will receive a PIN code that will enable you to open the locker box.
