IT System Specialist

The IT Department of the Company provides internal support to all employees of the company as well as to all operations processes used by the company. It also provides external support to the customers who are using our systems for outbound parcels from their premises.

We are currently seeking to hire in our IT Team an IT System Specialist.

Skills:

  • Experience in a similar environment
  • Fluent English
  • Basic knowledge of Linux command line
  • Good knowledge in Networking (hardware and software)
  • Experience in server maintenance / virtual environment
  • High levels of dependability, flexibility, enthusiasm, commitment, supportiveness, involvement, openness and clarity.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Logical thinking and attention to detail.

General Operative (Evening Shift) - HUB Dublin

The hours are 16.00-00.30

Responsibilities:
  • To ensure that all parcels receive an inbound/outbound scan
  • To support subcontractors during the offloading process

Responsibilities:
  • Provide an excellent service to customers by telephone and e-mail.
  • Co–ordination Customer pick ups and deliveries. This involves communication with customer, warehouse & transport department and other internal departments if necessary.
  • Troubleshoot any problems with taken customer calls and/or assigned customer accounts and follow through to resolution (seek support of CS Manager or Ops Manager as required).
  • Work with Internal systems to ensure proper inventory controls for customers and ensure all records are up-to-date and correctly filed
  • Produce metrics and reports for assigned customers as required – daily/weekly/monthly.
  • Identify, develop and implement improvements in customer service support
  • Become proficient in all aspects of the Customer Service role and undertake cross training on all aspects within CS profile
  • Undertake new tasks, in line with business development, as directed by CS Manager
  • Communicate with the operations departments on a daily basis.
  • Ensure company issues are effectively worked in a timely manner
  • Assist in Managing and Planning across multiple Social Media Accounts
  • Reception area – front of house intake of parcels includes labelling & measuring parcels ,updating spread sheet, handling of money ,answering service mails.

Warehouse Administrator - Dublin

We are currently looking for a warehouse Administrator to join our dynamic Dublin team.

This is a 40 hour contract and the hours are Monday-Friday 1pm - 9.30pm.

Responsibilities:

  • Check revert and check each tour when driver returns, including all paperwork / forms/TRN docs
  • Check all discrepancies / signatures from each driver & tour and make any necessary amendments.
  • Ensure all scanners are downloaded on time, and tour print outs are filed away.
  • Update traces accordingly with corrected information both in Unique and Gepard systems
  • Surplus parcels are recorded and processed in accordance with guidelines
  • Ensure Stockroom is recorded daily & each parcel receives the correct status
  • Communicate with the Customer Service department & Operations teams on a daily basis to ensure all outstanding issues are effectively resolved in a timely fashion.
  • Make sure SQL lists are checked for Audit purposes.
  • Ensure all paperwork is filed accordingly.
  • Work with Gepard (Internal system) & Unique (Internal system) to ensure proper inventory controls for parcels and ensure all records are up-to-date and correctly filed as per information received.
  • Undertake cross training in all aspects of the warehouse / transport department.
  • Undertake new tasks, in line with business development, as directed by your Line Manager.

Sales Administrator - Dublin

We are looking for an Administrator to join our sales team. This is a full-time permanent role Monday- Friday.

We are currently looking for General Operatives to join our team in the Knock depot.

This will be a split shift and the hours will be 5.00am-09:00am then 15:00-19:00 Monday to Friday.
