Routes and their impact on parcel deliveries

Tour de france GLS

Stage 1

The first stage is a 13 km race in central Copenhagen.

The route will significantly affect traffic in and around Copenhagen from tuesday the 28th of June at 18:00 to saturday the 2nd of July at 16:00.

The route itself will be blocked for traffic, stopping and parking from Friday the 1st of July at 01.00 to Saturday the 2nd of July at 16:00. Other central roads will be blocked during the week, including major parts of H.C. Andersens Boulevard from Tuesday the 28th of June at 18:00.

Stage 2

The second stage is a 199km route from Roskilde to Nyborg.

The stage starts in central Roskilde and will pass the Great Belt Bridge on it's way. The bridge is planned to be closed from traffic in the time slot 13:00 to 18:00 on Saturday the 2nd of July.

Highways leading to the Great Belt Bridge might already be blocked from 12:30 due to trafic security concerns.

Stage 3

The third stage is a 182 km route from Vejle to Sønderborg.

The last Danish stage stars in central Vejle and will pass Kolding, Haderslev and Aabenraa before ending in Sønderborg.

It is expected that the riders will leave vejle around 13 o'clock. Between 17:00 and 18:00, the last riders are expected to cross the finish line.
