How can I send a parcel with GLS?
You can easily send your parcel with GLS. Buy the label online here and pay by card or MobilePay. We will print the label for you in GLS ParcelShop - so you have no need for a printer.

How do I buy a label from GLS?
You can buy a label online from GLS at send.gls.dk . On this page, you must fill in the sender and recipient information (remember mail and mobile), dimensions and weight of the parcel and select the type of shipment you want to use.
GLS sends you an email with a QR code, which we scan and thus print the parcel label for you in GLS ParcelShop when you need to send your parcel with GLS.
What payment options are there at GLS?
When you buy your label on send.gls.dk from GLS, you can pay with card or MobilePay.
We calculate the price based on the weight of the parcel. You can find your freight price for sending your parcel here .
Do I need to put a label on my GLS parcel? Do I need a printer?
You do not need a printer to send parcels with GLS.
When you have bought the label, we will send an order confirmation to you by email with a QR code. We will scan this code in GLS ParcelShop and print the label for you.
With a label on the parcel, we ensure fast and correct delivery of your parcel. Easy and simple.
How much does it cost to send a parcel with GLS?

You can send parcels both to Denmark and abroad within the EU.
Can I get a receipt when I send a parcel with GLS?
Your proof of submitting your parcel to GLS is your receipt. You will receive a receipt when you send your parcel to GLS. Either it will be printed for you in GLS ParcelShop or we can send it to you as a text message.
Save the receipt until your parcel has been scanned and delivered to the recipient. Then you ensure both having proof and your parcel number by hand.
Can I send parcels abroad with GLS?
You can send to all countries within the EU from a GLS ParcelShop. See our prices for sending abroad here .
How big (or small) a parcel can I send with GLS?
It is possible to send up to 20 kg per parcel with GLS.
Your parcel can maximum have these measurements:
Length max. 200 cm
Length + circumference max. 300 cm
The parcel must measure at least 10 x 15 x 1 cm. This means that GLS does not send letters in normal letter envelopes.

How should I pack my parcel?
The shortest answer is that you need to pack your parcel with hard content in a hard box and if your content is soft then you can settle for a soft packaging.
Remember to protect hard content with inner packaging so that the content cannot move inside the parcel. Read our complete guide to proper packaging , so we ensure your happy recipient.
Can I send to both private addresses, company addresses and ParcelShop with GLS?
Choose freely between five delivery methods when sending parcels with GLS.
- Delivery to a GLS ParcelShop
- Delivery to private addresses - with or without receipt
- Delivery to businesses at a company address - with or without receipt

For how long is a GLS label valid?
Your GLS label is valid for 14 days after you purchased it. After the 14 days have passed, you can no longer use it and you cannot regret your purchase.
When does GLS withdraw the money from my account?
Once you have purchased your label on our website, we will deduct the amount from your account immediately thereafter. We send an order confirmation by email, so you have documentation for your purchase.
Can I get my money back if I do not use the label?
GLS offers a 14-day right of withdrawal when you buy labels online at send.gls.dk.
If you do not want to use your label, you can therefore regret your purchase and get your money back. Use our cancellation form - we pay out as soon as possible and no later than 5-7 banking days.
I have not received my order confirmation with the QR code - what do I do?
If you have not received your order confirmation within 10 minutes, please contact GLS.
We can resend the email to you, so you get the code you need.
