Information about complaint possibilities
If you - as the sender of the parcel and private person - wish to proceed with a complaint regarding a GLS decision, you can submit your complaint for missing compliance to the postal services law or the Postal Act to Danish Civil Aviation and Railway Authority, Carsten Niebuhrs Gade 43, 1577 København V or via their complaint form (NemID necessary), according to § 20, sec. 2 in the Postal Act (declaration no. 727 of 24/06/2011 about postal transport and postal companies).
A complaint must always be submitted to GLS before you send it to the Government Agency. They can only process a complaint, that has been processed by GLS first. When filing a complaint for GLS please use our form for that purpose.
