Fast parcel delivery for companies. Our express delivery solutions offer you speed and security with express deliveries by means of delivery with digital signature by the addressee. We recommend the platform that best suits the client’s needs. You can combine it with our Express8:30, Express10:30, Express14:00, Express19:00 or ExpressSaturday.
BusinessParcel
Ideal product for national shipments. Deliveries within 24 – 48 hours throughout the peninsula and 24 – 72 hours in case of shipping to the Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, Gibraltar or Andorra. With BusinessParcel, you can send parcels weighing up to 40kg and you can combine it with a wide range of services such as CashService (cash on delivery). The tracking of these shipments can be done online and with transparent information on their status and location. With this product, the option of delivery to a convenience point or locker in our GLS Parcel Shops network is available.
ShopDeliveryService
Recipients can send their parcels directly to the Parcel Shop of their choice. As soon as the parcel arrives, we inform the recipient by email or SMS. You can then collect the parcel from the Parcel Shop within 7 calendar days. Flexible and simple.
ShopReturnService
Easy returns system. Offer your clients this service so that they can return items easily. It’s very easy! Put a return label on the inside of your clients’ parcels. To proceed with the return, your clients must attach the label to the outside of the parcels and then bring it to one of our more than 6.300 convenience points in our GLS Parcel Shops network.
FlexdeliveryService
Flexible solution for parcel delivery. We inform recipients in a timely manner about the delivery of shipments, including information about the expected delivery time. Notifications are made in sufficient time for the recipients to be prepared for receipt of the parcel. In the event that they cannot be on site at the time of delivery, we offer different solutions for the reception of the parcels; like collection from an agency or collection from one of our collection points in our network of GLS Parcel Shops. In addition, the recipient can suggest “Additional indications” of the delivery address before receiving their shipment. This service is available for all our shipments and increases the recipient’s satisfaction by making delivery easier as it adapts to their day-to-day life.
CashService
Offer your clients the possibility of paying for their orders, up to a limit of €1.500, at the time of delivery. Once the recipient pays the amount of the order, he/she receives a receipt proving payment and the money is sent to the sender by bank transfer in a fast and safe way within 3-5 working days.
