Legal Terms: Advent Calendar 2025 X Giveaway

1. ORGANISING COMPANY OF THE PROMOTION

The company General Logistics Systems Spain, S.A., with registered address at Ingeniero Torres Quevedo, 1, postal district 28022, Madrid, and tax ID number A-61441523, is organising for promotional purposes the giveaway (hereinafter, the “Promotion”) at a national level, to be carried out online, exclusively for users residing in Spain and of legal age, in accordance with the conditions for participation set out below.

2. START AND END DATES

The Promotion will begin on 11/18/2025 at 13:00 hours and will end on 11/25/2025 at 10:00 hours.
The Company reserves the right not to carry out the promotional activity if, by the stated end date, fewer than 10 participants have registered. Likewise, the Company may extend the promotional activity by an additional 3 days—establishing a new end date of 11/28/2025—in the event that fewer than 15 participants have registered.

3. PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS AND PROMOTION MECHANICS
Participation in the Promotion implies the unconditional acceptance of and compliance with these Legal Terms.
Participation requirements:

Open to individuals residing in Spain who are 18 years of age or older.
Only users who retweet the post published by the Twitter account @GLS_Spain related to the giveaway and who follow the @GLS_Spain account may take part.
Participants may register only once in this Promotion.

The mechanics consist of retweeting the giveaway post published by the Twitter account @GLS_Spain.

4. PROMOTION CONDITIONS AND PRIZES

Ten (10) winners and five (5) alternates will be selected by random draw on 11/25/2025.
The selection of winners and alternates will be performed randomly using the Easypromos platform. Easypromos guarantees transparency in the result of the draw and issues a certificate of validity for each giveaway, the result of which cannot be altered by the organiser, and which any participant may request from the organiser.
Winners will receive the following prize: A GLS Advent Calendar 2025.

Winners will be announced by a public message on Twitter on 11/25/2025. The winner may contact the Company within one (1) day from the date of the announcement via the GLS Spain Twitter profile or by emailing marketing@gls-spain.com. Should the winner fail to make contact within the stipulated period, the Company will proceed to contact the first alternate.
The draw and the award of the prize are subject to the applicable tax regulations.

5. LIMITATIONS

If it is evident that a participant does not meet the requirements set forth in these Terms, or if the information provided is invalid, their participation will be considered null and they will be automatically excluded from the Promotion, losing any rights to the prize.
The following individuals may not participate:
(i) Employees of any of the companies or legal entities linked to GLS Spain.
(ii) Individuals who directly or indirectly hold shares in GLS Spain.
(iii) Any other individual who has directly or indirectly taken part in organising this Promotion or been involved in its preparation or development (agencies, suppliers, etc.).

The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged, altered, or compensated at the request of the Participants, nor exchanged for any other product or for cash.
GLS Spain reserves the right, for just cause and following proper legal notification, to make any changes, suspend, or extend this Promotion.
Any tax burden or cost derived from accepting the prize, as well as any other expense not expressly assumed by GLS Spain, will be borne by the winner.
A period of FIFTEEN (15) calendar days from the date the prize is awarded is established for any motivated claim. GLS Spain reserves the right, if necessary, to substitute the prize with another of similar characteristics.

6. PUBLICATION OF COMMENTS OR OPINIONS

Comments or opinions considered inappropriate, offensive, injurious, discriminatory, or infringing the rights of third parties will not be permitted. Comments against individuals that violate their rights to honour, privacy, or personal image are also prohibited. We are not responsible for damages caused by comments made by participants that may offend the sensitivities of others.
Any attempt to hinder the proper development of the Promotion, whether through human intervention or automated means, will lead to the immediate disqualification of the participant and cancellation of their entry.

7. EXEMPTION FROM LIABILITY

By way of example and not limitation, we are not responsible for possible losses, thefts, delays, or any other circumstance attributable to third parties that may affect the development of the Promotion, nor for the use that participants may make of the prize. We assume no responsibility for any damage or harm that participants, winners, or third parties may suffer.
We do not assume responsibility in cases of force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances that may prevent the Promotion or the enjoyment of the prize, in whole or in part. In the event that the Promotion cannot be carried out due to detected fraud, technical errors, or any other reason beyond the control of GLS Spain that affects its normal development, we reserve the right to cancel, modify, or suspend it, including the participation webpage.

8. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION

GLS Spain takes privacy and personal data protection very seriously. Your personal information is stored securely and processed with the utmost care.

In accordance with applicable data protection regulations, particularly Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), each Participant, by accepting these Legal Terms, consents to the personal data provided for participation being incorporated into a file owned by GLS Spain for managing participation in the Promotion and communicating the prize if they are a winner. This communication will be made through a publication on Twitter.
Your personal contact data will be used solely for communications related to this Promotion.

Participants guarantee that the data provided is truthful and are responsible for notifying GLS Spain of any changes. GLS Spain reserves the right to exclude any Participant who has provided false data. Participants are encouraged to use security tools to protect their data. GLS Spain shall not be held responsible for unlawful theft, modification, or loss of data.

Participants have the right to (i) access their personal data, (ii) request rectification of inaccurate data, (iii) request erasure of their data, (iv) request restriction of processing, (v) object to processing, and (vi) request data portability. These rights may be exercised by emailing protecciondatos@gls-spain.com, stating the reason for the request.

Without prejudice to any other administrative or judicial remedy, the Participant has the right to lodge a complaint with a Supervisory Authority, particularly in the Member State of their habitual residence, workplace, or where the alleged infringement occurred, if they consider their data has not been processed in accordance with the law or if their rights have not been satisfied.
The Supervisory Authority will inform the complainant about the progress and outcome of their complaint.

9. CHANGES

We reserve the right to modify or expand these promotional terms, provided such changes do not prejudice or undermine participants’ rights.

10. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

These legal terms shall be governed in accordance with Spanish law. The Courts and Tribunals of the Participant’s place of residence shall have jurisdiction to resolve any claim or dispute relating to the validity, interpretation, or fulfilment of these terms.
