Measures to protect people’s health

We do our best to protect the health of the people involved in our business and to continue to ensure order logistics.
We have implemented appropriate measures, which are based on the official recommendations of the authorities and DGS, which are adjusted in the short term, if necessary.

The measures include:

All other GLS subsidiaries also implement the preventive measures that are indicated
internally in accordance with the respective local requirements.

Non-contact deliveries

In the current pandemic situation, personal contacts should be kept to a minimum, if possible. In order to protect the recipient and the distributor, we only confirm the recipient’s data verbally and with the appropriate safety distance, without the need for your signature.

International parcel shipments

Sending orders abroad is still possible. However, we ask that you clarify in advance with your recipients
in the respective countries whether orders can be accepted. If the receiving points
are closed, in the current situation in which we live, we will immediately return orders to the shipper.

Safe collection points – our Parcel Shops network

Almost 100% of all of our GLS Parcel Shops are currently available for delivery and order acceptance.
You can find all the Parcel Shops available in your area here.

In the current situation, the health and safety of everyone involved is also a priority within
the Parcel Shop network. In addition to the necessary hygiene measures, the process
of delivering and collecting orders is also contactless.
