The duties of our claims administrators include both physical and mental (office) activities. They primarily deal with the investigation of damage events that have already occurred, inspect any damaged parcels, and even repackage them if necessary. They are also in constant contact with our partners. In this position, good decision-making and the ability to withstand stress are very important, and due to the possible movement of packages, good stamina is also required.

Similar to the claims administrator, the position requires both physical and mental (office) work. Their main task is primarily damage prevention. In case of questions or comments regarding a particular parcel, they collect the information, if necessary, they even follow the parcel's journey with the help of cameras and give accurate feedback to colleagues and partners. Due to the possible movement of parcels, this position requires good stamina.
