Explanation	Due to the impact of cyclone Boris and the resulting transport difficulties, several regions in Austria, Romania, Poland, the Czech Republic and southern Germany could experience delays in delivery and collection services. In the Czech Republic, the following regions were particularly affected: D55 Šumperk – Jeseník, Krnov, Hanušovice D53 Hradec Králové – Krkonoše, Orlické Mountains (mountain areas) D72 Ostrava – Bohumín, confluence of the Opava and Odra rivers, Karviná D79 Opava – Opava, Krnov D77 Šternberk – Litovel

GLS will strive to complete as many deliveries as possible in all affected countries, but please be prepared for potential delays in the impacted regions.

Event	Mont Blanc Tunnel closure (France & Italy)

Explanation	The Mont Blanc Tunnel will be fully closed for planned maintenance from Monday, September 2, 2024, at 5:00 PM until Monday, December 16, 2024, at 5:00 PM. This may cause delays in the transit of goods to and from Italy.

We will monitor the situation closely and take all necessary actions to minimize any disruptions.
